Genome Browser for yqjI

?
The browser displays the E. coli genome annotation at the top track (protein coding genes only). Then panels with forward (green), reverse (red), and total (blue) ChIP-Seq coverage. Known artifact regions are greyed out in coverage tracks. BoltzNet predicted coverage tracks (black) follow each ChIP-Seq track. At the bottom is a plot of saliency for called ChIP-Seq sites (red). Saliency represents a weighting of bases at each position and strand (postive=forward, negative=reverse) of sequence depending on how much that base contributed to the model output. Scroll in and out, or select and drag horizontally in the coverage or prediction tracks, to zoom. Use the tools to the right each track to zoom, drag, or reset the view. Search for a gene at the bottom of the browser. (A few TFs (e.g. Nac, PdhR) have many experiments and may be slow to load)
