Top Promoters Bound by glnG

On this page you can access the list of promoter regions bound by glnG. Promoter regions are named by the RegulonDB list of Transcription Units (TUs) that start with the same gene and defined as the 500bp upstream and 200bp downstream of the TU start position. TF promoter scores are scaled so that 1 is the top scoring promoter for a TF and 0 is a the average score across all promoters for the TF. Promoters are then ranked with 1 being the strongest scoring promoter. Only promoters with a TF hit scoring above 0.2 are shown.
